A defined workflow for your inventory
Identify and receive the return
Provide return references, expected SKUs and the information needed to match parcels to your records. Unidentified parcels or quantity differences require investigation under the agreed process. Receipt does not automatically mean the contents are sellable.
Choose the inspection depth
Basic visual review, item counting, repackaging and detailed checks are separate tasks. Share grading rules and examples of acceptable condition. We do not assume that opened cosmetics, food, liquids or damaged items can safely return to saleable stock.
Approve restocking or another disposition
Restocking means returning approved inventory to the available stock pool after the required checks. Other instructions may include holding, forwarding or disposal, subject to confirmation. Product repair, refurbishment and refunds are not automatically included.
Costs and reporting
Quotes depend on returns per month, units per parcel, product type, inspection steps, photos, packaging and storage. Agree on reporting frequency and decision time limits. Freight, disposal charges and extra handling are separately scoped.
