01 / Destination-ready information
International Labeling Services
Products manufactured or packaged for the U.S. market may need additional labels before they can be distributed internationally. Language-specific information, importer details, warnings, instructions, barcodes and country-of-origin information can often be applied to existing finished packaging.
Our contract labeling services support manufacturers, brands, wholesalers, importers, exporters, distributors and logistics companies that need inventory physically modified for a destination market. International overlabeling is performed to approved specifications—not assumptions about what a country requires.

Multilingual product labeling
For businesses seeking Arabic product labeling in the USA, or French, German and other language versions, we coordinate application of your approved labels. Translation accuracy, text direction, required wording and content approval remain with your team or qualified adviser.
Placement matters
Define the label location, dimensions, adhesive and information that must remain visible. Barcode relabeling services and retail compliance labeling are scoped against your supplied routing guides and specifications. Lot and expiration changes require documented customer authorization and must not misrepresent product identity or shelf life.

Manufacturers and distributors with several thousand to hundreds of thousands of units are invited to submit specifications for capacity and schedule review. Larger projects may require phased receiving, dedicated labor planning and staged outbound shipments. Capacity and turnaround are confirmed after scope review—not promised by a unit count alone.

Export Labeling & Rework FAQs
What is export labeling?
Export labeling is the application of destination-specific information to products or packaging before international distribution. It may include translated text, importer details, warnings, country of origin, barcodes or instructions, based on approved requirements for the product and market.
Can you apply labels to products being exported from the United States?
Yes. Nexus 3PL scopes export labeling services for finished inventory at our New Jersey facility. Send the destination markets, product specifications, quantities, packaging photos and approved artwork so handling and placement can be reviewed.
Can you apply Arabic or multilingual labels to products?
Yes. We can apply customer-approved Arabic, French, German and other multilingual product labels. Customers provide or approve translations, label content and placement. Translation and regulatory review are not automatically included.
Can Nexus 3PL remove an incorrect label and replace it?
Yes, subject to the packaging surface, adhesive and condition of the product. We review removal, replacement or overlabeling options and can prepare a sample where appropriate. Damage-free removal cannot be assumed for every material.
Can you relabel thousands of products at once?
We handle small projects and large-volume commercial rework involving thousands or tens of thousands of units. Projects extending to hundreds of thousands of units are reviewed for capacity, staffing, SKU complexity and scheduling before acceptance.
Can you print the labels for us?
Label printing and application can be coordinated for your project. Provide final approved artwork, dimensions, quantities and material or adhesive requirements. Print capability, sourcing, proofs, cost and lead time are confirmed before production.
Can you repack products after relabeling?
Yes. Repacking, replacement cartons, case packing, inserts, bundles and protective packaging can be included in the agreed scope. Product suitability and packaging materials are confirmed before work begins.
Can you palletize products for international freight?
Yes. We can palletize finished inventory and coordinate freight-forwarder pickup according to the agreed shipment instructions. Specify pallet dimensions, weights, wrapping and any destination-specific requirements; export documentation and any pallet treatment certification must be arranged separately as needed.
Who determines what information is required on an export label?
The customer, their importer or their qualified regulatory adviser determines and approves required content. Nexus 3PL physically applies labels to approved specifications and does not independently certify EU, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabian or other regulatory compliance.
