Supplier receiving and reconciliation

Individual unit counting, detailed inspection and discrepancy reconciliation must be included in the scope; they are not automatically included in every receipt.
Labeling and product preparation

Share product dimensions, photos, materials, expiration or lot information and the applicable Seller Central instructions. Requirements are reviewed for the actual product and destination before work starts.
Cartons, pallets and outbound coordination
We can prepare carton labels, record weights and dimensions, build pallets and coordinate parcel or LTL collection as agreed. Amazon controls receiving appointments, acceptance and check-in timing. Carrier charges and any rework are separately scoped.
What to send for a quote
Include unit count, SKU count, units per carton, dimensions, weight, packaging condition, prep tasks and desired ship date. Flag glass, liquids, fragile products and dated inventory. Labor, packaging, storage and freight are itemized; turnaround is confirmed after scope and availability review.
